An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.</p> <p>Are you the one we are looking for?</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Own the technical architecture of the platform and guide key build decisions</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead and orchestrate the existing development team through sprint cycles</p> </li> <li> <p>Drive hands-on full-stack development alongside the team</p> </li> <li> <p>Implement and oversee wallet integrations, transaction safety, and security best practices on Solana</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure game logic and mechanics (poker, slots, fantasy sports) are built to industry standards</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 2 years of experience as a Lead Developer or Software Architect on production platforms, preferably in gaming or blockchain payment projects.</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of full-stack development experience.</li> <li>Hands-on Solana experience (must-have).</li> <li><strong>Must have gaming industry experience</strong>, preferably in casino games, poker, or slots.</li> <li><strong>Must have blockchain experience</strong>, ideally in security, payments, or transactions.</li> <li><strong>Must have experience leading development projects</strong>, preferably in gaming or blockchain payment systems.</li> <li>Blockchain gaming experience is a plus but not required.</li> <li>Excellent English communication skills.</li> <li>Available immediately for part-time, project-based work with long-term potential.</li> </ul> <p><strong>It's a plus:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Rust and/or Anchor framework experience (Solana smart contracts)</p> </li> <li> <p>TypeScript/JavaScript with React or Next.js</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with provably fair game mechanics / RNG systems</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>The salary range offered for this part-time position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.</p> </li> <li> <p>This position is for a part time contract, through a payroll platform.</p> </li> <li> <p>The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Here are the steps for this process:</strong></p> <p>Application review/approval <strong>&gt;</strong> Screening interview with GoFasti's team <strong>&gt;</strong> We build and send your profile to our client <strong>&gt;</strong> Profile review/approval by client <strong>&gt;</strong> Interview with the client <strong>&gt;</strong> Hiring and onboarding.</p> <p>Once you apply for the job, our team will review your resume.
