We're a bunch of interdisciplinary builder-maker-designers leading a venture studio and building software for mining and deep-tech companies. Think IDEO for AI: a small senior team, direct CEO involvement, technical depth married with design craft. We are not a dev shop and not a consultancy, we're not about scope or hours, we're only about outcomes. We embed through the lifecycle of challenges and the same senior people stay on the problem.<p>AI agents have made engineering throughput cheap, so senior judgment is now the scarce asset: what to build, what to gate, what to trust to production.
