Small team, live with pilot firms, shipping daily.<p>You&#x27;d build the agents and the intelligence behind them with our CTO: evals and systems that improve from their own usage, long-term memory, retrieval over millions of documents, model routing and cost, and secure, permissioned access to client data. Fintech experience is a plus, not a requirement.<p>Remote in the US today, with eventual relocation as the team centralizes. Paid sick leave; health insurance and 401(k) under discussion.
