Location: Europe <p><strong><a href="[Link Protected] target="_blank" rel="noopener">GT</a> was founded in 2019 by a former Apple, Nest, and Google executive.</strong> GT’s mission is to connect the world’s best talent with product careers offered by high-growth companies in the UK, USA, Canada, Germany, and the Netherlands.</p> <p>On behalf of our client, an international company in the live entertainment industry, GT is looking for an experienced <strong>Integration Specialist</strong>.</p> <h3><strong>About the Client </strong></h3> <p>Our client is one of Europe’s leading live entertainment companies, known for producing large-scale musicals and operating high-traffic ticketing platforms across multiple countries.</p> <p>The company operates a complex internal technology landscape connecting key business systems, marketing, ticketing, and other internal platforms.</p> <p>The Integration Specialist will help strengthen the company’s core digital infrastructure by taking ownership of business-critical integrations, with an initial focus on Boomi-powered integration flows.</p> <h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3> <p><strong>Commitment:</strong> Full-time<br><strong>Working hours:</strong> European time zone<br><strong>Start</strong>: ASAP</p> <p>You’ll own and deliver business-critical integrations across internal platforms, starting with the Boomi-powered flows that link key internal systems and the company’s marketing and ticketing platforms. </p> <p>This role is critical to ensuring smooth data movement, stable system connections, and scalable integration architecture as the internal technology landscape evolves.</p> <p>You’ll report directly to the Head of IT Development, and work closely with stakeholders across Group IT, Product, and Operations to drive the technical delivery and reliability of our internal systems.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <p>Take ownership of integration flows built in Boomi, including maintenance, monitoring, and improvement of live connections.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Design and implement new integrations, with Boomi, as needed across ticketing, marketing, and ERP systems.</p> </li> <li> <p>Build and maintain robust logging, alerting, and monitoring for integration health.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with internal developers, IT partners, and system vendors to align architecture decisions across platforms.</p> </li> <li> <p>Keep documentation up to date for all integrations, with clear version control and change management.</p> </li> <li> <p>Contribute to decisions around future middleware or integration tooling as the tech stack evolves.</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Essential knowledge, skills &amp; experience:</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years of hands- on integration experience in complex internal system environments.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong working knowledge of Boomi and integration patterns (ETL, pub/sub, middleware</p> </li> </ul> <p>orchestration).</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proficient in APIs, JSON/XML, and common data transformation techniques.</p> </li> <li> <p>Solid understanding of ERP, HRIS, ticketing, and CRM systems </p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to debug and troubleshoot across data flows, middleware layers, and endpoint systems.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience working in a cross-functional, distributed tech environment.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent communication and documentation skills, especially when working across IT and business teams.</p> </li> </ul> <h3></h3> <h3><strong>Nice-to-have:</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Experience with BigQuery or data warehouse migrations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with Azure environments.</p> </li> <li> <p>Understanding of marketing and ticketing platform integrations (AudienceView, Elektra, etc.).</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with Workday.</p> </li> </ul> <h3></h3> <h3><strong>Interview Steps:</strong></h3> <ol> <li> <p>GT interview with Recruiter</p> </li> <li> <p>Technical interview</p> </li> <li> <p>Final interview</p> </li> </ol> GDPR Compliance: Sourced via verified public channels under Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
