You’ll ship features that integrate tightly with our AI-driven audio models, and work out where focused bets or incremental improvements will move the product most.</p><p>You’re impact-driven and autonomous, and good at drawing clear conclusions from experimental results. You’ll work closely with design, product and research, and help shape the app’s architecture and technical direction.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong native iOS development (Swift, SwiftUI) with a track record of shipping features that improved engagement</p></li><li><p>Have designed and run A/B tests, using data to decide what to build next</p></li><li><p>Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities, and able to add structure where it’s needed</p></li><li><p>Experience owning performance, quality and responsiveness in a production app</p></li></ul><p><strong>Bonus</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience with audio playback or streaming on iOS</p></li><li><p>Experience building mobile infrastructure for build, test and release pipelines</p></li></ul><p><strong>Location</strong></p><p>This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere, with the ability to operate in GMT to GMT+4 timezones preferred.
