We're open-source, developer-first, and focused on making data movement radically simpler across both our Platform and Applications layers.<p>We're hiring for:<p>Head of Engineering — Own the engineering function end-to-end as a partner to our founder CTO: strategy, people, delivery, and operations across a compact but high-leverage team. You'll grow the leaders already running our teams, set technical strategy jointly with the CTO, and be accountable for what engineering ships and what it costs.<p>Product Manager — Own product areas end-to-end, working closely with engineering and design to shape the roadmap and deliver a great developer experience. Engage with users, translate real-world use cases into product decisions, and help define how modern data infrastructure should feel to build with.<p>Customer Success Manager — Own the post-sale relationship for our data engineering and platform customers as our first CS hire. You'll build onboarding, account health monitoring, and the expansion playbook from scratch while staying technical enough to resolve most issues yourself.<p>Technical Product Marketing Manager — Founding product marketing hire working closely with Estuary's Head of Marketing and Developer Relations team. Help shape how we position and communicate the platform to technical audiences through product launches, messaging, technical content, demos, customer stories, and developer-facing campaigns.<p>Senior Growth Marketer, Content & Video — Take the technical content our team already produces and multiply its reach: slicing long-form posts into social, video, and email, running our webinar program, and owning our social and lifecycle channels. You're a hands-on writer, designer, and video editor who knows how to turn one strong piece into a dozen that actually get seen.<p>Senior Compliance Engineer — Own our GDPR and PCI DSS programs while keeping our audited SOC 2 and HIPAA programs running smoothly, alongside hands-on ownership of identity, endpoint, and SaaS estate management. This is a governance-first role for someone who has run a compliance program end-to-end, not just contributed to one.<p>What we're looking for: People who care about building reliable, maintainable systems and processes and enjoy working with complex APIs, data flows, or customer relationships.
