Card Conduit: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Remote <img src="[Link Protected] /> <p> <strong>Headquarters:</strong> Salt Lake City, UT <br /><strong>URL:</strong> <a href="[Link Protected] </p> <h2>About the Position</h2> <p>We’re looking for a fully remote Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and execute (with creative support) digital ads, email, and social media across both brands.</p> <p>This position will own the planning, implementation, copywriting, channel management, budget allocation, partner relationships, and performance reporting.</p> <p>This role will work very closely with the Marketing &amp; Creative Director and includes direct account management and oversight of external paid media contractors/agencies.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <h4>Paid Acquisition</h4> <ul> <li>Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across current platforms (Google, Meta, Reddit) and onboard new platforms (TikTok, Bing)</li> <li>Write copy for ads, landing pages, and other materials</li> <li>Manage budgets across platforms and reallocate based on performance data</li> <li>Oversee contractors and agencies executing paid media</li> <li>Manage relationships with partner brands, platforms, and content creators</li> <li>Evaluate performance and recommend adjustments, renewals, and terminations, as well as identify new opportunities</li> <li>Regularly report on spend, CPA, conversions, partnerships, and trends</li> </ul> <h4>Email Marketing</h4> <ul> <li>Build, schedule, and optimize campaigns in ActiveCampaign</li> <li>Manage list segmentation, automations, and lifecycles</li> <li>Test subject lines, creative, timing, and implement findings</li> </ul> <h4>Social Media</h4> <ul> <li>Maintain content calendars for Card Conduit and Spellfinder across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X/Twitter</li> <li>Write, schedule, and publish biweekly content on each channel, coordinating creative with the M&amp;C Director</li> <li>Monitor and respond to community engagement</li> </ul> <h2>Required Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Ability to work independently and build the proverbial bridges as you cross them</li> <li>3+ years of digital marketing experience with ownership of paid campaigns/email programs</li> <li>Demonstrated copywriting ability</li> <li>Google and Meta Ads Manager experience</li> <li>Proficiency in ActiveCampaign (or equivalent)</li> <li>Ability to interpret performance data, identify variances, and communicate findings</li> <li>Experience managing brand social channels, including planning and community response</li> <li>Experience managing agency, affiliate, influencer, or creator partnerships, including performance evaluation and rate negotiation</li> </ul> <h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>An active interest and knowledge of Magic: the Gathering gameplay</li> <li>Chronically online social media literacy</li> <li>Project management and administrative leanings (we use Linear)</li> <li>Experience marketing both e-commerce and service-based businesses</li> <li>Design taste and sensibility</li> <li>Utah applicants preferred, but applicants from all states will be considered</li> </ul> <h2>Compensation and Benefits</h2> <p>Along with the starting annual salary range of $80–90,000, Card Conduit offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, access to a 401k with a 100% match up to 5%, 4 paid holidays, 2 floating holidays, and three weeks of PTO accrued over each year.</p> <p class="p1">Please submit your resume and relevant portfolio pieces to: <strong><a href="mailto:[Contact Info Protected]?subject=Digital%20Marketing%20Manger%20Position">[Contact Info Protected]</a></strong></p> <p><strong>To apply:</strong> <a href="[Link Protected] GDPR Compliance: Sourced via verified public channels under Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
