1. Acceptance of Terms

• By creating an account or using Harrydesk, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.

• Harrydesk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Nature of Services

• Harrydesk provides an online marketplace where employers post jobs and freelancers offer services.

• Harrydesk is only a facilitator. We are not a party to any agreement between employer and freelancer, and we assume no liability for project outcomes, quality of work, or disputes.

3. User Accounts

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

• Harrydesk reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or delete accounts at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if any suspicious, fraudulent, or non-compliant activity is detected.

• Multiple accounts, false identities, or misleading information are strictly prohibited.

4. Posting Jobs & Bidding

• Employers are responsible for posting accurate job descriptions and payment terms.

• Freelancers are responsible for ensuring they have the skills to complete the work.

• Harrydesk does not guarantee that jobs will receive proposals or that freelancers will be hired.

5. Payments

• Employers must deposit project funds through Harrydesk’s escrow/payment system.

• Freelancers are paid only after employer approval or milestone completion.

• Harrydesk charges a service fee/commission on every transaction, which is non-refundable.

• Refunds (if any) are solely at Harrydesk’s discretion.

6. Disputes

• In the event of a dispute, Harrydesk may attempt mediation but is not obligated to resolve conflicts.

• Harrydesk’s decision in any dispute resolution process is final and binding.

• Users waive the right to pursue Harrydesk legally for any disputes between employers and freelancers.

7. Intellectual Property

• Employers retain rights to the work they pay for.

• Freelancers retain rights to their work until full payment is received.

• Harrydesk holds a perpetual license to display completed work, feedback, and portfolios for marketing or platform purposes.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Use Harrydesk for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

• Circumvent the platform by taking payments outside Harrydesk.

• Post or transmit offensive, harmful, or misleading content.

• Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt Harrydesk’s systems.

Violation may result in immediate termination of account and forfeiture of any funds held.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• Harrydesk provides services “as is” and “as available.”

• We make no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or reliability of services.

• Harrydesk is not responsible for delays, losses, errors, or damages resulting from the use of the platform.

• Users agree to indemnify and hold Harrydesk harmless from any claims, damages, or legal proceedings.

10. Termination

Harrydesk may suspend or terminate access at any time without notice for violation of Terms or for business reasons.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of C.G India.

• All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur C.G India.
