Terms of Service
Agreement effective as of May 20, 2024
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing HarryDesk.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. HarryDesk is a global marketplace connecting Employers with Freelance Experts. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.
2. The Escrow Mandate
All fixed-price projects on HarryDesk are subject to the HarryDesk Escrow System. Employers must fund milestones upfront. Funds are held by HarryDesk and released to the Freelancer only upon milestone approval or completion of the dispute resolution process.
3. Platform Fees and Commissions
HarryDesk charges fees based on your subscription tier (Free, Pro, Elite). These fees are deducted automatically from the released escrow funds. You agree that attempting to circumvent the platform’s payment system ("Disintermediation") is a material breach of these terms and will result in permanent account termination.
4. AI-Generated Content
Tools like the AI Pitch Architect are provided "as-is." While we strive for elite performance, HarryDesk is not responsible for the accuracy or legal implications of AI-generated job descriptions or proposals. Users maintain final responsibility for all content published under their identity.
5. Global Compliance
Users are responsible for complying with local tax laws and regulations. HarryDesk acts as a technology service provider and does not constitute an employer-employee relationship between the platform and its users.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HarryDesk Global Inc. is registered. Any disputes will be settled via binding arbitration.
