Strategic Meta Ads Manager for Online Courses & Coaching Funnels

CourseClout.com is a course creation and marketing company committed to reshaping education. We build and market educational products that are genuinely high-quality, binge-worthy, and capable of transforming people’s lives. We are expanding our marketing operations and looking for a Media Buyer who is strategic, proactive, creative, and invested in helping meaningful education reach the right people. This is not a “push buttons and wait” role - we want someone who understands creative, copy, targeting, funnel flow, and performance data at a deep level. We currently manage multiple info-product, coaching, and education brands. We’re transitioning out of our current media buying setup and seeking someone who wants to grow with us long term. What You’ll Be Responsible For - Day-to-day campaign ownership - Building and managing campaigns, ad sets, and ads inside Meta - Proper targeting with differentiated audiences and retargeting layers - QA across all ads, tracking, copy, and placements - Managing creative testing frameworks and cycles - Creative and copy collaboration - Reviewing creatives and offering hook, angle, and messaging direction - Recommending 3–5 creatives per ad set - Calling out creative fatigue and recommending refreshes - Advising on funnels, landing pages, and messaging alignment - Funnel and strategic input - Understanding funnel mapping and traffic flows (based on our provided diagrams) - Identifying funnel leaks and providing actionable recommendations - Supporting landing page A/B tests and conversion-rate improvements - Analytics and reporting - Proactive monitoring every 24–48 hours - Interpreting data clearly (CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS) - Making directional recommendations based on numbers - Providing weekly reports: - What was done, Why it was done, Results, What’s planned next Who We’re Looking For: - Experience running Meta ads in the info-product, education, or coaching space - A strategic thinker who understands the full ecosystem, not only the ad account - Someone who is proactive, communicative, and committed to results - A person who wants to grow into a long-term role as our portfolio expands - Ability to interpret funnel diagrams and ecosystem layouts and translate them into action Compensation - Starting at $250 per account per month, with opportunities to grow based on performance and scope - Additional compensation available for deeper creative direction, funnel input, and strategy - Long-term partnership potential as we scale in 2026 - We have 3 projects you can start on if we can work together, we will need to transition from our current Media Buyer How to Apply Please send: - A short introduction - Examples of ad accounts you’ve managed - Your testing and scaling methodologies - Your availability and preferred working style
