Project Overview I am looking for a professional social media manager to handle TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook for a 2 week project. All accounts are brand new, and the goal is to build traction fast. The work happens in two phases within the same 2 week timeline: Phase One Full focus on launching and marketing a new philosophy and insight-driven book. This is the top priority. Book marketing Phase Two If we see clear results during Week 1, we will begin building the brand identity for the company during the final week. We need someone who can build from zero, move fast, and deliver measurable weekly outcomes. Responsibilities • Full weekly management of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. • Develop and execute a weekly content strategy. • Produce weekly content, including: • 3 to 5 short-form videos • 3 static posts • Apply SEO practices within all posts. • Suggest weekly content ideas aligned with platform algorithms. • Implement UTM tracking on all links. • Integrate all platforms with Google Analytics. • Provide weekly performance analysis and fast recommendations. • If the book performs well, begin brand-building content f Expected Deliverables • Weekly content plan. • 3 to 5 short videos every week. • 3 SEO optimized static posts weekly. • Weekly account management and community engagement. • Weekly performance report including: • Social media analytics • GA4 data • Traffic sources • Keyword performance • Immediate improvement recommendations Project Duration Total duration: 2 weeks. Evaluation happens weekly or earlier If performance is weak or inconsistent, the project stops immediately. Continuation to the next week depends entirely on results. Required Skills • Proven experience growing brand new accounts from zero. • Strong TikTok and Instagram expertise. • Strong understanding of SEO for social content. • Google Analytics GA4 proficiency. • Ability to implement and analyze UTM parameters weekly. • Strong English copywriting skills. • Experience launching books or products is a plus.
