Title: Fractional Technical Program Lead (AI + Fintech) – 24 Hours/Month – Fixed $1,000 – Start ASAP About the Project: We are building an AI-driven platform in the finance and markets space. The platform involves AI-powered research, data-driven insights, workflow orchestration, and integrations with financial APIs and external infrastructure. We serve users across the US, Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East. We are not disclosing full product details publicly. More information will be shared in interviews. We currently have: - A dedicated developer building the application layer (front-end and backend) - Rapid UX prototyping and early components - An emerging AI layer - Active broker and institutional relationship development There is strong early market demand, but we need technical leadership, structure, and oversight. Why This Role Exists The build is moving fast, but the project needs architectural discipline, proper sequencing, UX-to-workflow alignment, and an objective technical leader to keep development focused on real use cases and a Q1 launch. This role prevents scope creep, validates approaches, and ensures high-quality technical decision-making before fundraising. Role Overview: You will serve as a Fractional Technical Program Lead, providing technical judgment, structured execution, and ongoing oversight. This is a technical leadership, architecture, and program management role. Immediate Priorities (Onboarding): - Technical review of current build: architecture, backend decisions, integrations, code sanity review, scalability risks, alignment with the actual use case. - UX and workflow validation: review current screens and flows, ensure they match defined user journeys, and recommend improvements. - Infrastructure and platform integration support: We are in active evaluation of several third-party infrastructure providers involving AI systems, data processing, authentication, and workflow components. You will assess these platforms from a technical perspective and, if selected, guide how they should be integrated into our existing architecture. This includes reviewing their documentation, identifying integration points, mapping dependencies, evaluating risks, and outlining the technical approach for connecting our system with theirs. - Alignment with the development lead: help structure weekly priorities, what should be built now versus later, and keep development focused on Phase 1 launch goals.
