VIP Travel Consultant

If you work in the Kraków and Rzeszów areas, you will need to work in-office at least 1 day per week.</em></p><p> </p><p>In this role, you will perform high-touch service excellence to key client travelers and be responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.). </p><p> </p><p>You will be the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers and provide active travel consultation, including providing travel details and up-selling related products. </p><p> </p><p><strong>As a Travel Agent, you will </strong></p><ul> <li> <p>Expertly use the appropriate the BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests </p> </li> <li> <p>Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer </p> </li> <li> <p>Have a strong understanding of a client travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the customer </p> </li> <li> <p>Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.) </p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules </p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain, actively communicate, and seek expansion of current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported </p> </li> </ul><p> </p><p><strong>About you </strong></p><ul> <li> <p>Experience in VIP travel </p> </li> <li> <p>Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes </p> </li> <li> <p>Strong skills in GDS Amadeus</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English</p> </li> </ul><p> </p><p><strong>What we offer you</strong></p><p>At BCD Travel, we work with highly motivated and passionate people.
