All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.</p><p></p><h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2><p>We’re looking for an <strong>Executive Assistant to support our CEO</strong> as Supabase continues to scale globally. This person will be a trusted partner to the CEO, helping manage time, communication, priorities, travel, follow-through, and key operating rhythms across a fast-moving, remote-first company.</p><p>This role must be based in an <strong>APJ / APAC timezone</strong> to provide strong timezone coverage for our CEO and leadership team. You’ll work closely with founders, executives, internal stakeholders, investors, and external partners, ensuring the CEO is prepared, focused, and able to spend time on the highest-impact work.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who thrives in async, fast-paced environments, has strong judgment, and is excited about supporting a developer-focused company building tools that scale to millions.</p><p></p><h2><strong>What You’ll Be Responsible For</strong></h2><p>In this role, you’ll:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Own</strong> the CEO’s calendar management, prioritization, and day-to-day operating rhythm.</p></li><li><p><strong>Manage</strong> inbox triage and communications by monitoring emails, drafting responses, and keeping communication flowing across internal and external stakeholders.</p></li><li><p><strong>Prepare</strong> briefings, agendas, decks, notes, and follow-up materials so the CEO is ready for every meeting.</p></li><li><p><strong>Track</strong> follow-ups, decisions, and commitments to help projects move forward and keep stakeholders accountable.</p></li><li><p><strong>Coordinate</strong> seamless domestic and international travel, logistics, scheduling changes, and last-minute adjustments.</p></li><li><p><strong>Support</strong> investor meetings, board-related preparation, executive meetings, offsites, and company-wide moments.</p></li><li><p><strong>Handle</strong> sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion, professionalism, and integrity.</p></li><li><p><strong>Anticipate</strong> needs, identify blockers early, and solve problems proactively before they escalate.</p></li><li><p><strong>Partner</strong> across the company to create clarity, improve coordination, and help leadership operate effectively in a global, remote-first environment.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2><strong>You Might Be a Good Fit If You</strong></h2><ul><li><p><strong>Have</strong> experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive in a startup or scale-up environment.</p></li><li><p><strong>Are based</strong> in an APJ / APAC timezone and can provide strong coverage for a globally distributed leadership team.</p></li><li><p><strong>Communicate clearly</strong> across technical and non-technical audiences, with excellent written and verbal communication.</p></li><li><p><strong>Have experience</strong> working in async, remote-first, or globally distributed teams.</p></li><li><p><strong>Are tech savvy</strong> and comfortable using tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and AI-enabled workflows.</p></li><li><p><strong>Bring strong judgment</strong> around prioritization, confidentiality, stakeholder management, and executive communication.</p></li><li><p><strong>Are energized</strong> by organized chaos, fast-moving priorities, and solving problems before they become blockers.</p></li><li><p><strong>Are comfortable</strong> navigating ambiguity, moving quickly, and staying several steps ahead.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>What We Offer</strong></h2><ul><li><p><strong>Fully Remote</strong></p><p>We hire globally.
