This is an operational role built on concrete, recurring tasks: CRM administration, pipeline tracking, market research, and digital information management. A large part of it is detail-oriented upkeep, keeping records accurate, flagging gaps, and organising shared documents. If you prefer project work over structured maintenance, this is probably not the right fit. If you find satisfaction in clean systems and reliable data, you will feel at home.
