ServiceNow Technical Lead (LATAM)

Location: London <p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>ServiceNow Technical Lead</strong> to support a major <strong>GRC/IRM implementation project</strong>.</p> <p>The project will migrate the organization's <strong>Governance, Risk &#x26; Compliance processes from Archer GRC to ServiceNow</strong>, covering areas including Information Security, Enterprise Risk, Data Privacy, Third-Party Risk, and Business Continuity.</p> <p>The Technical Lead will be responsible for the <strong>technical design, architecture, development and implementation</strong> of the ServiceNow solution and will provide technical leadership to the wider implementation team.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Lead the <strong>technical design and architecture</strong> of the ServiceNow GRC/IRM solution.</li> <li>Design and oversee <strong>Entity Mapping</strong> to support the IRM implementation.</li> <li>Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions, including <strong>workflows, integrations and custom applications</strong>.</li> <li>Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Risk teams, IT Project Managers and other stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions.</li> <li>Ensure solutions comply with <strong>enterprise architecture and technical standards</strong>.</li> <li>Lead technical activities across <strong>development, testing, deployment and post-go-live support</strong>.</li> <li>Oversee <strong>data migration and system integrations</strong>, including technical documentation.</li> <li>Provide technical leadership and mentoring to ServiceNow developers and other implementation team members.</li> <li>Identify technical risks and recommend appropriate solutions or alternative technologies where required.</li> <li>Support Agile/hybrid delivery, including sprint planning and technical delivery activities.</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li> <p><strong>5–8+ years of ServiceNow experience</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong hands-on experience with <strong>ServiceNow GRC / IRM</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with several of the following:</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Integrated Risk Management (IRM)</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Governance, Risk &#x26; Compliance (GRC)</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Security Operations (SecOps)</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Privacy Management</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Third-Party Risk Management</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Business Continuity Management (BCM)</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Experience designing and delivering <strong>complex ServiceNow implementations</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong knowledge of <strong>ServiceNow integrations, workflows, development and configuration</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with <strong>data migration and application integration</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>10+ years of overall IT/project implementation experience</strong> preferred.</p> </li> <li> <p>Understanding of <strong>information security, enterprise risk and data privacy</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience leading technical teams or mentoring developers.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience working with <strong>Agile or hybrid methodologies</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.</p> </li> </ul> <p>Find more <a href="[Link Protected] Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom</a> on Arbeitnow</a> GDPR Compliance: Sourced via verified public channels under Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
