E-Commerce CRO Project Manager

Location: London <p>We're an E-commerce CRO agency working with 8-9 fig businesses in US and Europe.</p> <p>We need someone who owns client relationships end-to-end. You are the bridge between our clients and our team of CRO strategists, designers, and developers. Your job: make sure clients are happy, projects are delivered with quality, and nothing falls through the cracks.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <p><strong>One sentence: Keep clients happy by being the best communicator in the room.</strong></p> <p>- You will manage 5-7 e-commerce CRO projects at a time for brands making $10M-$100M/year.</p> <p>- You will be the single point of contact for each client -- the person they trust, rely on, and turn to when things get messy.</p> <p>- You will coordinate between our internal team (strategists, designers, developers) and the client to ensure everyone is aligned, deadlines are met, and quality is never compromised.</p> <p>- You will push back when needed, ask the hard questions, and make sure we are delivering real value -- not just checking boxes.</p> <h2>Requirements</h2> <p><strong>1️⃣ Skills We Expect</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in e-commerce, CRO, or agency work</li> <li>Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or Google Analytics</li> <li>Basic understanding of A/B testing and conversion optimization</li> <li>Comfortable working across time zones (we work with US-based clients)</li> <li>Use AI and is comfortable with using AI and experimenting with AI</li> </ul> <p><strong>2️⃣ Who You Are</strong></p> <p>Experience and background don't matter as much as the following traits:</p> <p><strong>Relentless Communicator</strong></p> <p>You over-communicate.
