Applicants can expect to work in an environment that encourages learning, experimentation, and contribution to the open-source community.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <p><strong>Role Description</strong></p> <p>As a Rust Software Engineering Intern at atvari, you will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of Rust-based software projects. Additionally, you will assist in writing and refining Nix and NixOS configurations, automating build and deployment workflows, and integrating Nix with existing software projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with engineers on backend services, troubleshooting environment and dependency issues, and documenting configuration and tooling. This is a fully remote internship, where you will work closely with the engineering team and gain hands-on experience with Rust, Nix, and cloud-native practices.</p> <p><strong>Internship Details</strong></p> <p>This is an unpaid internship for the duration of 1-3 months based on your needs.
