Exceptional hiring is about precision and strategy: understanding what a client truly needs and finding the gem hidden inside the noise.</p> <p>I work with clients across Germany and Europe, and I'm looking for a motivated colleague to join me in placing mostly technical, and sometimes commercial, roles.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Identify and attract top-tier candidates through LinkedIn, AI-powered sourcing, and market research</li> <li>Understand what truly drives candidates, their ambitions, motivations, goals, and non-negotiables</li> <li>Reach out with personalized messages that earns the candidate´s attention</li> <li>Build strategic sourcing reports that give clients real market transparency and clear hiring direction</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <p>Your A player qualities:</p> <ul> <li>You take ownership, challenging searches don't intimidate you</li> <li>2-3 years of experience in sourcing, ideally for technical or engineering roles</li> <li>Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities</li> <li>Fluent in German (C1 or above) and English, with the confidence to engage candidates from junior to C-level</li> <li>Active sourcing is your strength, you know how to identify, approach, and engage top talent others overlook</li> <li>Curious and always learning, you thrive in startup environments where your ideas and initiative shape outcomes</li> </ul> <h2>Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>Work from anywhere.
