Focus on the German market, deeply explore the needs of residential/commercial & industrial energy storage customers (such as electricity optimization for automobile factories, household PV-matched energy storage, and energy management for commercial parks), identify the core pain points of customers' project planning, formulate targeted solutions, and promote the conversion of needs into actual orders; at the same time, maintain relationships with core existing customers, and improve the repurchase rate and referral rate through regular demand follow-up visits. </span></p><p><span style="color:#121317">2. Expand local brand agents in Germany, establish a hierarchical channel system (such as regional exclusive agents and industry-specific agents, covering scenarios like residential energy storage retail and commercial & industrial projects); formulate agent assessment standards and incentive policies (such as tiered sales rebates and market promotion subsidies), conduct regular product training and business reviews, enhance the professional capabilities and loyalty of channels, and ensure the steady growth of channel sales. </span></p><p><span style="color:#121317">3. Develop local OEM customers in Germany (such as energy storage equipment assembly plants, PV system integrators, and smart home enterprises), negotiate customized cooperation models (such as exclusive product parameter development and joint brand packaging), expand the dimensions of the sales network, and quickly penetrate the German market with the help of local enterprise channels.</span></p><p><span style="color:#121317">4. Conduct regular research on the German energy storage market, covering policies and regulations (such as the subsidy policy of Germany's Renewable Energy Sources Act and grid access standards), product demand trends (such as preferences for residential energy storage capacity and safety certification requirements for commercial & industrial energy storage), and competitor dynamics (such as channel layout, pricing strategies, and product selling points of competitors like Deye and Jinlang). Form a structured market analysis report and feed it back to the domestic headquarters to support product optimization and strategy adjustment. </span></p><p><span style="color:#121317">5. Collaborate with the domestic technical and supply chain teams to customize energy storage solutions for German customers (such as backup power supplies for automobile factories and off-grid energy storage systems in rural areas); track the entire project execution process (contract signing, production scheduling, customs clearance logistics, and installation & commissioning), solve problems in cross-departmental collaboration and cross-regional delivery (such as supply chain delays and delayed after-sales responses), and ensure the efficient implementation of projects. </span></p><p><span style="color:#121317">6. Lead business negotiations with German customers (on price, payment cycle, quality assurance clauses, and compliance requirements), and balance customer needs and company interests in line with the characteristics of German business culture (emphasis on details and compliance); establish long-term and stable customer relationships through offline visits and participation in industry exhibitions, and enhance the brand's recognition in the German market. </span></p><p><span style="color:#121317">7. Assist in the post-execution phase of customer projects, take the lead in solving major after-sales problems (such as product failures and operation & maintenance needs), and promote the internal technical team to develop rapid solutions to ensure that customer satisfaction reaches a high level in the industry and reduce customer churn. </span></p><p><span style="color:#121317">8. Other tasks: Complete other sales tasks related to the German market assigned by the European Regional Sales Director and the company's Vice President, and cooperate with cross-country business coordination in the European region (such as resource sharing and technical experience exchange).</span></p> <br> <p><span style="color:#121317">1. Bachelor's degree or above, proficient in English reading, writing, and listening (able to use it as a working language); proficiency in German (the official language) is preferred, with the ability to independently conduct German business communication, contract interpretation, and local policy consultation, so as to adapt to the communication habits of German customers. </span></p><p><span style="color:#121317">2. At least 2 years of overseas business experience in the new energy industry, with in-depth familiarity with energy storage products (residential/commercial & industrial), PV modules/inverters, lithium batteries, and system integration; candidates with energy storage business experience in Germany or German-speaking regions (Austria, Switzerland) are preferred.</span></p><p><span style="color:#121317">3. Have successful experience in developing the German market business, familiar with the characteristics of the local new energy market (such as residential energy storage demand driven by high electricity prices and strict environmental compliance requirements) and competitive landscape; able to independently formulate regional sales strategies, with strong capabilities in market analysis, demand judgment, and risk avoidance. </span></p><p><span style="color:#121317">4.
