Responsibilities</strong><strong>Distributor Management</strong><ul><li><span>Work closely with Banderoâs distributor partner to execute sales programs and achieve market goals.</span></li><li><span>Build strong relationships with distributor leadership, managers, and sales representatives.</span></li><li><span>Conduct regular distributor meetings, sales presentations, ride-alongs, and account visits.</span></li><li><span>Motivate and support distributor teams to increase placements, reorders, and overall sales.</span></li><li><span>Monitor distributor inventory, depletions, execution, and performance against established goals.</span></li><li><span>Ensure distributor activities remain aligned with Banderoâs sales strategy and premium brand positioning.</span></li></ul><strong>Account Management and Sales</strong><ul><li><span>Leverage existing relationships and build new connections to grow Banderoâs presence throughout New York.</span></li><li><span>Secure new on-premise and off-premise placements.</span></li><li><span>Develop relationships with key buyers, beverage directors, restaurant groups, retailers, bars, hotels, lounges, nightclubs, and other influential accounts.</span></li><li><span>Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities to increase reorders, menu placements, displays, and promotional support.</span></li><li><span>Create targeted sales plans for priority accounts and high-value opportunities.</span></li><li><span>Maintain a consistent market presence through regular account visits trainings, buyer presentations, events, and activations that reflect Banderoâs premium image.</span></li><li><span>Educate distributor teams, retail staff, bartenders, servers, and consumers on the Bandero portfolio and brand story.</span></li><li><span>Identify local partnerships, sponsorships, and events that can increase visibility and consumer engagement.</span></li><li><span>Ensure Bandero is represented professionally and consistently across all customer and consumer interactions.</span></li></ul><strong>Market Development</strong><ul><li><span>Identify opportunities for expansion throughout New York.</span></li><li><span>Monitor competitive brands, pricing, promotions, account activity, and market trends.</span></li><li><span>Provide insight into the New York market landscape,
