This role is responsible for those partnerships from a to z.</p> <h3><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></h3> <p><strong>Expert Knowledge:</strong> Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the trading and crypto industries, including market trends, regulations, and key players, to make informed business decisions.</p> <p><strong>Affiliate Recruitment:</strong> Proactively search for and attract new affiliates, VIP traders and trading/crypto communities and influencers, fostering strategic partnerships to enhance our network.</p> <p><strong>Results-Driven Approach: </strong>Implement strategies and campaigns to drive measurable results, focusing on creating content, increasing trading volume, acquiring new users, and promoting active transactions through affiliate channels.</p> <p><strong>Relationship Building:</strong> Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with VIP and affiliates, ensuring their needs are met and aligning their strategies with our business objectives for mutual growth.</p> <p><strong>Partnership Expansion: </strong>Initiate and participate in meetings with partners, exploring opportunities to expand cooperation and strengthen existing relationships, both locally and internationally.</p> <p><strong>Collaboration with Product Team: </strong>Collaborate closely with colleagues from the product department, providing valuable market insights to optimize product offerings and attract qualified users.</p> <p><strong>Competitor Analysis: </strong>Stay updated on competitors' advantages and industry trends, utilizing this knowledge to refine our strategies, maintain a competitive edge, and capitalize on market gaps.</p> <h3> </h3> <h3><strong>What We Look For In You</strong></h3> <p>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)</p> <p>Fluency in English and Polish</p> <p>Proven experience in affiliate operations, performance marketing, or BD within crypto, finance, or trading - especially in Poland</p> <p>Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using data/BI tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau/Looker or</p> <p>similar) to driving decisions</p> <p>Solid understanding of affiliate marketing operations: tracking, attribution, campaign management</p> <p>Highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable owning operational details end-to-end</p> <p>Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on measurable results and continuous optimization</p> <p>Understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations relevant to the Polish/Eastern European region</p> <h3><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h3> <p>Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams</p> <p>Bonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange, trading company, CFD broker!</p> <p>Passionate about blockchain technology and the crypto trading space</p> <p>Knowledge of other Eastern European languages is a strong plus</p> <h3><strong>Perks &amp; Benefits</strong></h3> <p>Competitive total compensation package</p> <p>L&amp;D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development</p> <p>Various team building programs and company events</p> <p>More that we love to tell you along the process!</p> <p>Notice:</p> <p>All official OKX vacancies are published on this website.
