Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.</div><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul> <li>Perform QC of translations into English for pharmacovigilance, regulatory, and clinical content.</li> <li>Use CAT tools (XTM preferred) and run QA checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.</li> <li>Validate formatting, numbers, dates, units, terminology, and adherence to instructions.</li> <li>Support processing of non-editable/handwritten sources and perform formatting QC after conversion.</li> <li>Self-assign work via Open Offers and meet urgent TATs (typically 12–24 hours).</li> <li>Handle high volume split across multiple small files; document and report discrepancies.</li> <li>Collaborate with translators, editors, and PMs; escalate risks promptly.</li> <li>Follow corporate procedures (CP0048), data security, and SOPs within the assigned Squad.</li> </ul><h2>Requirements:</h2><ul> <li>Mandatory experience with CAT tools: XTM, Trados, MemoQ, Phrase or similars.</li> <li>Experience with QA checks: Xbench, Verifika, or CAT-integrated QA.</li> <li>Minimum 6 months as a Language QA specialist in localization.</li> <li>Advanced English (C1); proficient in Microsoft Word (Track Changes).</li> <li>Availability of 4–5 hours per day; willing to work weekends and bank holidays.</li> <li>Able to meet urgent TATs (12–24 hours) and manage many small files.<br></li> <li>Willing to complete the QC test and follow staged onboarding.</li> </ul> GDPR Compliance: Sourced via verified public channels under Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
