Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Guest Service:
  • Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all guest requests are met.
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Check on guests regularly to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment for guests.
  • Assist with table setting and clearing.
  • Answer guest questions regarding menu items and restaurant policies.
• Restaurant Operations:
  • Assist with food preparation and assembly as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • Follow all restaurant policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory and stock replenishment.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
