Job Description
The Restaurant Team Member plays a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant. This position requires a friendly and outgoing personality with a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing a positive dining experience for all guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Guest Service:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all guest requests are met.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and efficient manner.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment for guests.
- Assist with table setting and clearing.
- Answer guest questions regarding menu items and restaurant policies.
- Restaurant Operations:
- Assist with food preparation and assembly as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Follow all restaurant policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory and stock replenishment.
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
