Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Product Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by effectively selling our innovative product line to new and existing customers. You will act as a subject matter expert, building strong customer relationships and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Revenue Generation:
    • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets consistently.
    • Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals, online platforms).
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
    • Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the value proposition and differentiating features of our products.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitable outcomes.
  • Market & Customer Analysis:
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
    • Understand customer needs and pain points, and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
    • Gather market intelligence and feedback to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
    • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales cycle.
    • Proactively address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration:
    • Collaborate effectively with other sales team members, marketing, and customer support.
    • Share best practices and knowledge within the team.
    • Contribute to the overall success of the sales organization.
