Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our Studio team. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our in-house creative studio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and content, to deliver high-quality creative assets that support our product vision and drive user engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the studio's product strategy:
    • Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with overall business goals.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
    • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on user needs, market demand, and business value.
  • Lead the development and launch of new creative initiatives:
    • Oversee the production of high-quality visual content, including illustrations, animations, videos, and interactive experiences.
    • Collaborate with designers, illustrators, and other creative professionals to bring product visions to life.
    • Ensure the timely and successful launch of new creative assets across various channels.
  • Manage the studio's operations and resources:
    • Build and manage a high-performing team of creative professionals.
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for studio performance.
    • Manage studio budget and resources effectively.
    • Explore and implement new technologies and tools to improve studio efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
    • Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, marketers, and content creators to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
    • Gather and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of studio output.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends:
    • Research and analyze emerging trends in design, illustration, animation, and other relevant creative fields.
    • Attend industry events and conferences to network and learn from other industry leaders.
