Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our Studio team. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our in-house creative studio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and content, to deliver high-quality creative assets that support our product vision and drive user engagement.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the studio's product strategy:
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with overall business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on user needs, market demand, and business value.
- Lead the development and launch of new creative initiatives:
- Oversee the production of high-quality visual content, including illustrations, animations, videos, and interactive experiences.
- Collaborate with designers, illustrators, and other creative professionals to bring product visions to life.
- Ensure the timely and successful launch of new creative assets across various channels.
- Manage the studio's operations and resources:
- Build and manage a high-performing team of creative professionals.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for studio performance.
- Manage studio budget and resources effectively.
- Explore and implement new technologies and tools to improve studio efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
- Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, marketers, and content creators to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
- Gather and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of studio output.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends:
- Research and analyze emerging trends in design, illustration, animation, and other relevant creative fields.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and learn from other industry leaders.
