Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager & Health to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management and health within the company, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a passion for improving financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support company growth and profitability.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking.
- Prepare financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts for all departments.
- Monitor actual performance against budget and identify variances.
- Prepare regular financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with all relevant accounting standards.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as needed.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and assess financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Maintain adequate insurance coverage to protect the company's assets.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Financial Health:
- Monitor key financial metrics to ensure the company's financial health.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce costs.
- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
- Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
