This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management and health within the company, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support company growth and profitability.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking.
  • Prepare financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:
  • Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts for all departments.
  • Monitor actual performance against budget and identify variances.
  • Prepare regular financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with all relevant accounting standards.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as needed.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify and assess financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain adequate insurance coverage to protect the company's assets.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Financial Health:
  • Monitor key financial metrics to ensure the company's financial health.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce costs.
• Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
