Job Summary:
The Executive, HR Operations will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient functioning of all HR processes within the organization. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong administrative and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding:
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including pre-boarding activities, welcome kits, and necessary paperwork.
- Conduct orientation sessions and ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Employee Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, contracts, and other relevant documents.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Assist in the processing of payroll and benefits, including data entry, verification, and reconciliation.
- Provide support to employees with inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and leaves.
- HRIS Management:
- Maintain and update employee data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Generate reports and analyze data as required.
- Employee Relations:
- Assist in resolving employee queries and grievances.
- Provide support for employee engagement activities.
- Administrative Support:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and managing office supplies.
- Support other HR functions as needed, such as recruitment, training, and performance management.
