Job Description

Job Summary:

The Executive, HR Operations will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient functioning of all HR processes within the organization. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong administrative and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding:
    • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including pre-boarding activities, welcome kits, and necessary paperwork.
    • Conduct orientation sessions and ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Employee Records Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, contracts, and other relevant documents.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration:
    • Assist in the processing of payroll and benefits, including data entry, verification, and reconciliation.
    • Provide support to employees with inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and leaves.
  • HRIS Management:
    • Maintain and update employee data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
    • Generate reports and analyze data as required.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Assist in resolving employee queries and grievances.
    • Provide support for employee engagement activities.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and managing office supplies.
    • Support other HR functions as needed, such as recruitment, training, and performance management.
